Railroad Fastening Clip Project Introduction
This project is Sumatra Island rail line maintenance with railroad fastening clips. The place of this project is in Jakarta Indonesia, and the purchaser is BSD company. Customers buy 660,000 railroad fastening clips for mono-block concrete sleepers on the rail line. According to customer requirements, all the railroad fastening clips are delivered in six months. AGICO GROUP starting delivery in June 2016 and end in November 2016.
This project is the first cooperation between the customer and us. In order to facilitate the order, the customer visited our railroad fastening clip and railway bolts factory in China for two times. The customers are full of praise for the strength and production scale of our company. Customers are very interested in our products such as railroad insulators, rail gauge rod, spike and rail and so on, and take away some fastening clip and track bolt free sample for testing after returning home.
The customer specifically asked about the data parameters of plastic railway sleeper and other information. Although this project uses cement sleepers, customers hope that the next demand for plastic sleepers can cooperate with our company. After customers returning Indonesia, at their request, we sent railroad insulators, rail gauge rod, spike and rail free samples to our customers. After testing, the customer acknowledged our company's sample performance and intends to consider buying in subsequent orders.
In the end, the customer and us finalized the first order of the rail line maintenance project, as many as 666,000 clips for mono-block concrete railway sleepers. Customers are very willing to reach a long-term supply relationship with us.
